Rodgers & Peterson Breezing Through Madden Cover “Playoffs”

April 12, 2011

The NFC North is well represented in the video game world as the Madden 12 cover contest rages on.

After missing the regular season game against the Patriots with a concussion, Aaron Rodgers finally got a chance to face New England’s Danny Woodhead. Woodhead turned out to be a less than formidable foe, and now Rodgers has moved on to face Cleveland’s Peyton Hillis in the semifinals.

The other side of the bracket features Adrian Peterson battling against Michael Vick. In the regular season, the Eagles were one of the few teams the Vikings handled easily. So if the video game world can somehow resemble the real-world, Peterson should run away with this one.

The semifinals last until next Monday, April 18, and the following week you’ll be able to vote on the two remaining players. Vote early and vote often, folks.
